Just 7 ingredients for an amazing chicken curry

Amma Masala Chicken(raw chicken) Curry

Serve: 4

Total Time: 30-45 minutes

  1. Heat oil over medium high flame, add green chilly & sliced onion &  fry for 2 minutes, add diced tomato fry for 2 minutes. Keep stirring

  2. Add cubes of boneless chicken, fry for 5 minutes. Give it a couple of stirs

  3. Add Amma masala and fry for 3 minutes, stir the ingredients and sprinkle water if required.

  4. Add slat, lower flame to medium, cover with lid and cook or 20 minutes. Keep stirring and every 5 minutes

  5. Open lid check if cooked, add water if you want more curry, add fresh coriander and its ready to serve.

INGRIDIENTS

  1. Chicken boneless 500g

  2. Oil 30g

  3. Onion 100g

  4. Tomato 30g

  5. Green chilly 2no

  6. Amma masala 125g

  7. Salt 5-10g
