These events are how we test our own cooking under pressure.
We run small private food events for 20 to 80 guests, cooked and served on-site, using the same masala base offered to restaurants and caterers.
This is not a display kitchen.
This is real service, bulk cooking, tight timelines, limited staff, and live guests.

For every event:
