
Amma Masala Chicken(raw chicken) Curry

Total Time: 30-45 minutes
- Heat oil over medium high flame, add green chilly & sliced onion & fry for 2 minutes, add diced tomato fry for 2 minutes. Keep stirring
- Add cubes of boneless chicken, fry for 5 minutes. Give it a couple of stirs
- Add Amma masala and fry for 3 minutes, stir the ingredients and sprinkle water if required.
- Add slat, lower flame to medium, cover with lid and cook or 20 minutes. Keep stirring
- Open lid check if cooked, add water if you want more curry, add fresh coriander and its ready to serve.
